But I was surprised too. I got a bill one day for $80  and I thought, Wow - I must have ordered that dedicated server I wanted while I was asleep. 

But I get a kick out of the staff at dreamhost. While most companies try to act like they have it together (and blame problems on third parties) I appreciate the fact that dreamhost tries to make me feel like apart of the family. Even if there public face of "flippant" scares some people who aren't use to real people.</description>
