Just a warning for people supporting iTunes users out there. iTunes 7 apparently has some problems.
So, hopefullly none of your people can upgrade it on their own so they won’t bring it on the system, but it is something to watch out for.
Because you can observe a lot just by watching.

Strange… I’ve been running it for the last 24 hours and haven’t had any problems. In fact, previous versions always stalled quite a bit when trying to load songs for the first time, but iTunes 7 works pretty well. I’m pleased with it and it certainly wasn’t crammed down my throat. (no iPod)
I broke an important blog rule and edited out the “crammed” comment on the original post.
I am not a fan of iTunes. It has caused way too many headaches here for what it is worth and I am regularly answering support questions from staff who have problems with it at home. I find it to be a very difficult and awkward program to manage (especially trying to move your music).
They really push it with downloading Quicktime and I am a Quicktime Player hater as well. I prefer to just use the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack which includes Quickktime Alternative and Real Alternative in addition to every codec I have ever needed.
I am glad to hear it is working well for you. That gives me hope that it won’t suck away our time here.
