One thing that has bugged me with Firefox extensions is that there has not been an easy way to list them straight from Firefox if someone wants to know what you are using (whether for curiousity or troubleshooting) until Listzilla. It outputs your extensions with links to their homepages, descriptive text, and version number. It will save the list as plain text, html, or vB script.
I installed it and figured I would share the list of extensions I have on my home computer. I will check out my other computers over the next few days and report their extensions here as well.
BugMeNot 1.3 - Great for getting to news stories without having tons of registrations. I would have to reregister all the time anyway because I would never remember the user info.
Dr.Web anti-virus link checker 1.0.9 - A virus checker for inspecting small files before downloading them
Gmail Manager 0.4.3.4 - I use it for checking my mail
IE Tab 1.0.6.4 (out of date for a reason) - There are general uses for it, but I keep the old version specifically for the security cameras since 1.0.6.4 was the last version to allow it to work in an iframe easily.
Image Zoom 0.2.3 - For zooming images, I forgot I installed this one
ListZilla 0.7 - This produced this list.
Menu Editor 1.2 - Lets you reorganize youe menus in Firefox
Nuke Anything Enhanced 0.53 - Useful for wiping out obnoxious web elements
Sage 1.3.6 - Great RSS reader
Tabbrowser Preferences 1.2.8.8 - Necessary tool for Firefox. Hopefully it will be in the main code soon.
Tamper Data 0.95 - NOt used very much, but it lets you read and alter data sent between the browser and the server.
undoclosetab 20051204 - Undo tabs you accidentally closed. (Tip: tpye about:config into the firefox address bar and then type undoclosetab.cache in the filter bar that appears. Double-click undoclosetab.cache and change the number to 10. This will increase the number of stored pages.)
Web Developer 1.0.2 - Even when I am not developing web pages I still have use for disabling referers, javascript, or css on some sites.
Wizz RSS News Reader 2.1.1 - Not as good of an RSS reader as Sage, but it does handle podcasts.
